Sand and Pine

Nature rarely provides shortcuts for things that matter, and real food is one of those things. Real food is slow, and ready in its own time. Any attempts to hasten are at best fruitless, at worst ruinous. Give it the time it needs, let it breathe, and you will be rewarded with nature's largesse, a food that truly mirrors its place; like wine and cheese, honey is shaped and flavored by its local environment. Sand and Pine is an attempt to capture the terroir of this swath of land bounded by New Jersey's pine barrens and the eastern seaboard. We hope you can sense it in our product.
